Steps

    Flip the frame
  1. Flip the frame. Keep the side with more room between the frame and bumper to the left. This is the front of the robot.
    2. Insert the clutch post into the clutch
  2. Insert one end of the clutch post into one side of the clutch.
    3. Attaching the clutch to the motor
  3. Insert the other end of the clutch post into one of the motors.
    4. Inserting bolts into the Delrin bearing
  4. Insert two 6-32 1/2-inch bolts into a Delrin bearing.
    5. Aligning the Delrin bearing to the C-channel
  5. Align the Delrin bearing to the c-channel. The first bolt should go through the third hole on the channel.
    6. Attaching the motor to the C-channel
  6. Use the bolts to attach a motor to the c-channel. Insert the 5/64-inch Allen wrench through the other side of the c-channel and tighten the bolt.
    7. Inserting a post through the clutch
  7. Insert a 3-inch square post through the hole across the clutch. Don’t insert it all the way through yet.
  8. Place a collar on the post. Don’t tighten it yet.
  9. Push the post all the way into the clutch.
    10. Tightening the collar
  10. Press the collar firmly against the outer edge of the c-channel.
  11. Use the 5/34-inch Allen wrench to tighten it.
    12. Repeating the process for the second motor
  12. Repeat the process to attach the second motor to the other side of the frame.
