The Flower is a stationary robot with seven degrees of freedom. Once you have built the Flower, you can use TeRK’s Robot Universal Remote and Flower Power software to program its movements. You can program your Flower to rise or wilt and program the motions of its petals. Because the Flower is equipped with IR sensors on three of its petals, it can track objects moving in front of it. It can even catch a lightweight ball.

The Ethernet cable is the quickest and most reliable method of connecting your robot to the Internet. However, if you prefer a wireless Internet connection, please see a list of our supported devices.
The LXD169 part from Towerhobbies includes both a male and female connector, and costs less than buying these two parts separately.
The speaker is an optional addition to the Flower. However, if you choose to attach a speaker similar to the speaker TeRK recommends, then you will need the 22 AWG cable, electrical tape, and Elmer’s glue to connect the speaker to the Qwerk.
The hot glue gun is an optional tool that you will use to attach felt to the hexagon if you do not attach a speaker to the Flower.
