MyFirstRobot

Designed specifically for students in the first Computer Science course, MyFirstRobot provides novice programmers with a framework for quickly writing short programs to control their qwerk. A number of examples and project files for popular IDEs are included.

To download the MyFirstRobot source code, click on “Download MyFirstRobot Source Code” below and save the zip file to your computer. This provides a quick-and-easy way to get started programming, with no additional installation required (other than Java).

Usage

Download the MyFirstRobot zip file to your computer by clicking on the “Download Source Code” link above. Save it in an empty directory and then unzip it. See the included README.txt file for instructions on how to edit, compile, and run the code.
