Property Inspector

The Property Inspector client enables you to read/write the properties associated with each of the Qwerk's various services (e.g. motors, servos, video, audio, LEDs, analog inputs, digital IO, etc.). Each service that the qwerk supports has a set of properties associated with it. Some properties, such as the Qwerk's firmware version number or the number of LEDs supported, are read-only. Others are writeable, and you are free to use them in whatever way you wish.

To run the Property Inspector, click on "Launch Software" below. Note that you may get a security warning. Accept the digital signature in order to run the application.

Usage

Your Qwerk needs to be running firmware version 3.1.138 or later in order to make full use of the Property Inspector. See the Qwerk help pages for more on determining the firmware version or updating your firmware.

Launch the Property Inspector software and boot up your Qwerk, then press the "Connect" button and follow the steps to connect to your Qwerk.

Use the fields and the Create button under the Create Property section to create a new property for the selected service. To view the properties of any service, select the service using the popup menu under the View Properties section.
